Part of a series of projects completed in the Somerville area for North American Development, these units feature an open concept living area, modern finishes and smart home technology integrated throughout the units.

Anderson Porter Design was the Architect for the interior re-design of this existing building as well as new additions for this multi- family project, from assessment and documentation of existing conditions, through the city’s permitting process,  construction, and finally the production of the condo documents.
