Sustainability at its best – this lake house in New Hampshire was designed with the guidance of passive house standards with the end goal being a net-positive space.

Anderson Porter Design was the Architect for this brand-new lake home, which replaced an existing structure. Every room in this home has spectacular views of the lake, especially the living room which features a fifteen-foot by fifteen-foot window! This home allows tenants to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the lake.
