Anderson Porter Design provided architectural design services to realize the build out of 16,000 square feet of corporate offices on the 22nd floor of 101 Huntington Ave. APD worked with Jenzabar to document existing uses and departmental work requirements, program¬ming the new work area and reducing the overall lease area by 30% allowing a giveback of 6,000 square feet to Boston Properties for a second tenant space.

The new office fit out was achieved within the landlord’s tenant improvement allowance and reconfigured the office space to support their entire staff of 50 plus additional open work and informal work areas. Several private offices were reconfigured to allow flex time and shared workspace for consultants and visiting staff from other Jenzabar offices. APD assisted with contractor selection and the overall scheduling and budgeting of the project with Cord¬erman Construction. The $450,000 project was completed on time and on budget.
